What we don’t do –
SHARED ROOMS – Like a room with 4 tables and chairs. Each table belongs to different companies doing their respective businesses, similar to college roommates.
We don’t have this service. Why? Because your privacy is important. You share office facilities and common areas. You don’t share rooms. Rooms are exclusively yours, for you, your partners, and colleagues. With complete peace of mind, you can hold serious discussions, make phone calls, have private conversations, keep documents, files, stocks, office equipments, exactly the way you wanted it in an actual real office environment.
HOT DESKS – Also known as Hot Desking. Not a new concept. This work space system have been around for a long time in industries like real estate, insurance, network marketing, telemarketing, etc where companies use mobile workforce. People check in to the office for paperwork, reports, billings, etc at different times, use any available workstation, and move again. We now have many public “Hot Desking” office services in Malaysia, particularly in the Klang Valley. They charge rates based on hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Hot desking can sometimes look like working in a college library, cybercafes, or computer labs.
We don’t have this service. Why? Because your privacy is important. You don’t want too many strangers at your real workplace. Seriously, if you need hot desking in Malaysia, consider Starbucks. They have wifi, power outlets and great coffee too.
VIRTUAL OFFICE – Essentially means “address rental” service. You work at home or on the field but you don’t want your customers to know about it. So, you pay a monthly or yearly fee to rent an office address, preferably in some prestigious looking places where you collect your mails and packages whenever necessary and use it on your name cards, websites, social media accounts, etc. Some even provide phone reception services where people answer calls for you. That really sounds fantastic except you really don’t want other people who have no idea about your businesses, products and services answering your business inquiries. What if you have real potential customers, existing customers, suppliers, partners, etc visiting your office only to find out you’re not actually there.
We don’t have this service. Why? Because your privacy is important. Business address rental are used by many companies and we don’t want you to see many surprised walk ins.
MEETING ROOMS RENTAL – We don’t rent meeting rooms to outsiders just to generate additional revenue. Our meeting table is there for the exclusive use for our business room users only.
We don’t have this service. Why? Because your privacy is important. Imagine people holding seminars, training, workshops, etc at your office.
SOME COOLEST FRILLS FACILITIES – We have necessary business facilities and services such as tel, fax, wifi, regular cleaning services, card access, company display signage, fridge, small pantry, etc. We don’t have frills like gym rooms, pastry and bar counters, sleeping bays/pods, theme park stuffs, college-like social environment, pool tables, bean bags corner, laundry, shower rooms, swimming pools, etc. We also do not have activities like coaching, mentoring, incubating, funding sessions because our clearest job is to provide you with the most practical working space for your business needs.
