Bukit Jalil is The Center of Klang Valley

There are many great co-working space in the Klang Valley in Kuala Lumpur, Subang, Puchong, Petaling Jaya, Cyberjaya, Shah Alam, Selangor, etc. However, it is important to go for one that really suits you. Bukit Jalil is located right in the center of the Klang Valley. From the office, you can hit the Expressway in 3 minutes and have easy access via Kesas Highway, LDP KL-Seremban Highway, and Maju Expressway. If you need an office near Pavilion Bukit Jalil, we are about 10 minutes away.

You can reach Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), Puchong, Subang Jaya, Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Seri Kembangan, and Cheras within 15-20 minutes drive. Near by Light Rapid Transit (LRT) stations include Awan Besar, Bukit Jalil and Sri Petaling. Bukit Jalil is also an ideal business location for companies in Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore for setting up branch, representative and sales offices because of its close access to KL-Seremban Highway.

We only provide Exclusive Private Business Room. You share facilities and common areas. You don’t share rooms. When you rent with us, you rent the whole room by yourself. This is also not the type where businesses sublet a room for extra income.

Self Managed Office

We do not have staffs operating in this office. That way, you have more freedom, making work more enjoyable. We only come in occasionally for troubleshooting, maintenance, and meeting of new inquiring tenants.

Food and Beverage

Our office is at the 2nd floor. No lift! Just down one floor is an air conditioned fusion restaurant suitable for casual client meetings. They even have things like pool tables, dart games, table footballs, etc. At the ground floor is a traditional Chinese Kopitiam. The surrounding have mamak restaurants and several concept coffee shops and air conditioned restaurants. Tenants mix may change from time to time.
